The injured flowers, yet still the most graceful,
finally withered along with your pent-up desires
What a long farewell,
mad as always
It rained quietly
A narrative poem of insignificance
You took no umbrella
but your white dress didn’t seem to care
In a dream of turquoise colour,
you were wearing a smile strange and faint
I stood there in fear,
hoping for salvation
“So, can we go back?”
Our fresh happiness perished
even before your mind got twisted,
or it was strangled by what I am now
Remorse seized me over and over
But I spoke nothing and destroyed them all,
and buried you in the lake of mirror
Seal the blood-stained petals
forever in June,
so she would come out a flower,
her beauty to be witnessed in July
If my consciousness slumbers in blood red,
I will not see myself in pain
If time is no longer to be perceived,
perhaps I can make it go backwards
So if I’d never existed,
things might take on a different look
when you, if you will, bring them up again
The world is a better place for having this album in it. Great guitar and fantastic drums. Fits nicely along side Deafheaven in my collection. Recolour
Jordan Vauvert
Tokyo band contrast black metal's brutal complexity with shoegaze's abyssal grandeur, resulting in an LP that feels crushing, yet infinite. Bandcamp New & Notable Aug 24, 2022
The San Francisco quartet’s latest effort takes their post-metal to atmospheric new heights, with a resultant sound bordering on the transdimensional. Bandcamp Album of the Day Sep 20, 2018
When it comes to the "atmosphere" in "atmospheric black metal", this release probably succeeds the most in making me feel like i exist within this universe of music. domfabio
